工作总结

 

负责所有工资单的维护和处理,包括每两周一次的工资单处理, 管理报告, 工资税申报, 工资会计.  按照既定的融合政策履行所有职责, 程序及指引

 

工作资格

 

学历:高中毕业或同等学历.

 

经验:有薪资工作经验者优先.

 

与工作相关的技能:  了解工资处理和工资税申报程序. 计算机工作知识.  注重细节的. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; ability to make independent decisions.

基本工作职能

 

  1. 审核和处理本中心的时间记录.
  2. 在工资系统中输入授权变更.
  3. 提供所需的工资单报告.
  4. 准备季度和年度工资税申报表.
  5. 执行工资单和账户对账.
  6. 根据要求研究薪资问题.
  7. 审核和分发工资系统生成的w -2表格.
  8. 协助会计人员完成工资单和总账的核算和报告工作
